SUMMARY:Veterans Day Parade
DESCRIPTION:Join the FCTP in saluting our VETERANS in the Jacksonville
  Veterans Parade. We would love to have VETERANS ride on the \"Wharf\"
  as she makes her way along the parade route through downtown. We will
  then move to the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial where we will lay a w
 reath in honor of the men and women who have sacrificed for our freedo
 ms. Decorating of the wharf/float will begin at 9:30 on the east side 
 of Everbank field and then we will line up for the parade which beings
  at 11am  (If you decide to ride/walk with the float you should arriv
 e about 10:30am) Please respond to this event if you would like to ass
 ist in decorating the wharf or if you are interesting in riding or wal
 king in the parade.\nWe usually park in the area around the Prime Osbo
 rn and take the trolley to Everbank Field.. Trolley's will be availabl
 e at the end of the parade to return you to the Prime Osborn  area. T
 his is a very very special event and I guarantee you will have a heart
 warming day. There is no greater joy than being able to shake the hand
  of our veterans or giving them a thumbs up from atop the float.\n\n\n
