 nergy (and associated) costs. Innis serves on the board of the Nationa
 lBlack Chamber of Commerce; Advisory Committee Project 21 for the Nati

 wermentand Excellence cable channel; NRA Membership Committee and NRAl
 ifetime member. InIn December 2012, Niger co-founded the New America o
 rganization.In December 2014, Mr. Innis was elected to the Executive B
 oard of theNevada NAACP. In 2014, Innis was a candidate seeking the Re
 publicanprimary designation for Congress in Nevada’s 4 th Congressio
 nal District.Although Innis won the endorsement of the delegates to th
 e Nevada GOPstate convention, he narrowly lost a hotly contested race 
 to the currentCongressmen, Crescent Hardy.Mr. Innis served as campaign
  manager for the Roy Innis Mayoral Campaignduring the 1993 New York Ci
 ty Democratic Party primary and helped togarner more than 25% of the v
 ote. In 1997 Mr. Innis served as a delegate tothe 19thAmerican-German 
 Young Leaders Conference and was later selectedby senior US leaders to
  serve on the American Delegation to the AmericanSwiss Foundation Youn
 g Leaders Conference in Zurich, Switzerland in 2000.Mr. Innis' Civil R

 d radio appearances around the world.He was hired as one of the first 
 Political & Social commentators for MSNBCupon its launch in 1996. He w
 as hired as a political commentator for NPR(National Public Radio) in
