   Voter turnout was extremely low.  There will be a time for question
 s about the elections and working the polls for the 2020 elections.\r\
 nThere were reports that Duval had turned back red but with no democra
 t on the ticket for mayor, was this a factor.  Not a time to get lull
 ed into believing we are indeed red, especially with the 2020 election
