 k and 60% of the congress did not hold a town hall. Apparently the “
 they work for us” concept has been filed away as an archive record. 
 However, here at our local level we still have some elected officials 
 that have not relegated this concept to antiquity.\nOn September 22, 2
 011 at the Mandarin Community Club on Mandarin Road, Councilman Matt S
 chellenberg will hold a town hall. Councilman Schellenberg has been fi
 ghting the budget issues with integrity and a resolute belief that ele
 cted officials are to be servants to those they represent.\nThis is th
 e same day of our monthly Mandarin – Julington Creek meeting; subseq
 uently, our monthly meeting is cancelled so members may attend the tow
 n hall.\nMark your calendar and plan to join us for both an enjoyable 
 and informative evening with Councilman Schellenberg at the Mandarin C
