DESCRIPTION:As we had Janet from HomeTownDemocracy, who was for Amendm
 ent 4, as a speaker this past month, this month we will be having a sp
 eaker who is not in favor of Amendment 4, so we will have a somewhat c
 omplete picture of Amendment 4 and many of the pros and cons. Hopefull
 y, all this information will help us in our decision about how to vote
  on this amendment in November.\n\nWe will also have more information 
 on \"constitutional conventions\" with copies of 2 articles about this
  subject that Ted and Lu were nice enough to provide, and we will also
  have a printed 5 page handout covering all the factors of Article 5 o
 f our constitution, what it means, types of constitutional amendments,
  the different processes and the ratification process. This is quite a
 n important issue right now as a number of states are talking about a 
 constitutional convention to force a balanced budget on the federal go
 vernment amoung other things. We have tried to get enough information 
 together, so that we will all understand the importance of such an eve
 nt or even if we think a thing should take place at all. Certainly som
 ething that is very important to know about and why we may not want on
