DESCRIPTION:Speaker this month:  City Councilwoman Glorious Johnson h
 as graciously agreed to come and speak to us about the ethics commissi
 on.  Councilwoman Johnson was the council member who initiated the di
 scussion about this commission and will be talking about the rational 
 behind the commission and why she feels it was needed.  For those of 
 you who have not met Ms. Johnson, I think you will really enjoy meetin
 g her and having a chance to interact with her about the ethics commis
 sion.  Hopefully, we will all also have a much better understanding o
 f the need for an ethics commission after our meeting.  \n \nWe will
  also be getting some short updates from Vic Cirillo and from Ted Wend
 ler about the outside projects they are involved in.\n \nPlease note:
   Our meeting this month is on a MONDAY night and we will be at the U
 niversity branch of the library.  The Regency Square Library is a pol
 ling place and the conference rooms for March and May will be used fo
 r early voting, so we will be meeting at the University branch for bot
