  Statutes, all business of the School Board, which has the responsibil
 ity of setting policy for the School District, must be conducted in pu
 blic meetings, advertised in advance.\nRegular Board meetings are held
  on the 3rd Thursday of each month at the Teacher In-Service Center, o
 n the campus of Fleming Island High, at 7:00 p.m., with the exception 
 of the November meeting, which is the Board’s “Organizational Meet
 ing.”\nAll meetings are televised on Comcast and streamed live via t
 he Internet on ONECLAYTV.\nThe agenda is published 7 days in advance o
 f a Board meeting, and posted on the School District website under the
