DESCRIPTION:On September 28th last year, hundreds of Duval citizens ga
 thered in city council chambers and participated in a marathon budget 
 vote lasting into the wee hours of the morning with many of our counci
 l members voting to raise your taxes.  It is once again that time of 
 year and on September 27th, city council will undertake this task agai
 n; déjà vu.\nLet’s make our voices heard again this year.\nRSVP an
 d state which location you would like to meet at, or suggest an additi
 onal location.\nWe are working to coordinate both volunteers to drive
