On September 11, 2012, four (4) Americans lost their lives: Ambassador C hristopher Stevens, State Department Information Officer Sean Smith, f ormer Navy Seal Glen Doherty, and former Navy Seal Tyrone Woods. The A dministration and the media are doing their best to distract us from t he truth. We cannot allow that to happen.\n2. Between June 2011 and Ju ly 2012 there were more than 200 security incidents in Libya, 50 of wh ich took place in Benghazi. Repeated requests for additional security were acknowledged by then Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in a cabl e dated April 19, 2012 and denied.\n3. Defense Department assets were correctly positioned but were not authorized to launch.\n4.Within 20 minutes of the initial attack, the Defense Department dispatched an un manned surveillance drone, which arrived 20 minutes prior to the evacu ation of the embassy.\n5. Within 2 hours of the attack, Ansar al-Shari a, an al-Qa’ida linked group claimed responsibility.\n6. To protect the State Department, the Administration removed all references to ter rorists and deployed Ambassador Susan Rice to deliver incomplete and m isleading talking points pointing blame at a You Tube video.\n7. Presi dent Obama and then Secretary Clinton appeared in a $70,000 advertisin g campaign in Pakistan to disavow the “hateful” video.  \n8.
