 auditorium, 500 San Sebastian View, describing the Pro and Cons for ea
 ch one of the Six Constitutional Amendments that will be on the Novemb
 er 2nd ballot. Three of the original proposed Amendments have been dec
 lared unconstitutional and have been removed from the ballot (Amendmen
 ts 3, 7 and 9).\n\nQuestions can be sent to Dr. Pat Gill (pgill70@bell
 south.net). Your attendance at the debate is encouraged.\n\nThis will 
 be televised live on Comcast Channel 261 and local, non-satellite Chan
