Excising Religious Beliefs From a Child

I hope in heavens name this goes to a higher court.  It is just awful and you can tell it is more Obama (Islam) religious retraining again with all the liberal lies..

Is this really what…

The 54 congressmen who held their ground and voted NO on the most recent CR

The vote for the new continuing resolution was a line in the sand for 54 of our brave new congressmen, and they all had the backbone to say NO.  It wasn't enough, and we can't continue funding the government with 3 week CRs.  We must make more serious cuts and stop the spending.  We need to thank these folks, so if you have a chance to make a phone call or 2 today, at least 4 of the congressmen were from the state of Florida, Allen West, Steve Southerland, Connie Mack, and Dennis Ross (and I…

Wired: Man With 4th Amendment Written on Chest Sues Over Airport Arrest

I am especially proud of this young man.  Aaron Tobey is 21 years old and when asked by TSA to remove his shirt, he had what is said to be an abbriated version of the 4th amendment written on his chest in magic marker.

Amendment 4: The right of the people to be secure against unreasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated,” his chest and gut read.

You know they didn't miss the chance to throw the handcuffs on him and detain him for an hour…

NY Times: E.P.A. Proposes New Emission Standards for Power Plants

Just call this the good news day.   Obama has been busy, busy, busy!  The EPA has released what it proudly is calling one of the most expensive and extensive rulings on emissions by "power plants" (you know those folks that make our electricity that we need to survive).  This new regulation based on junk science with all sorts of equally bad scientists making recommendations is what the EPA is calling the "first national standards" for emissions of  mercury and other polutants by coal…

Newsmax: Obama Fails on Education Reform

Interesting as the No Child Left Behind was a move back to phonics (and was made by Bush who was afraid to call it what it was for fear it would be seen as a conservative move and bring down the rath of our oh so liberal teachers).  This program teaches children to read using phonics and really is invaluable if we want young people who can actually read.  The liberal method that has been used the last 40 years has been an abyssmal failure.  Interesting article as Obama is apparantly gutting…

The Daily Caller: Fed instructs teachers to Facebook creep students

Just when we thought the public school system couldn't get any worse, the federal government has now decided to turn teachers into the gastapo.  You aren't going to believe what the duty of our teachers is going to be until you read this.  No wonder they don't have any time to teach reading, writing and arithmetic.

Based on what I am reading in this article, now we want teachers to harass some students to stop harassment of other students.....at least I think that's what it…

Red State: House Leadership Let Obamacare Expansion Pass

3/9/2011 posting on Red State.  The bill passed with a vote of 280 to 138 with 95 republicans voting for it.........more spending in the form of subsidies!  Why would the republicans vote for this and why did they allow it to be introduced?

The Veterinary Public Health Amendments Act (HR 525), introduced by Rep. Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), would increase the number of veterinarians with public health training via federal…

The Blaze: Wisc. Senate Passes Collective Bargaining Ban Without Democrats

The Wisconsin senate put together a bill that removed collective bargaining from all the areas needed but removed all the financial parts, so the bill did not require a quorum to vote on and pass.  The bill passed by 18 to 1 and moves to the state congressmen now.

Fox News: Who Cleans Up Wisconsin Capitol After Union Protests?

A group of tea party patriots in Wisconsin will clean up the mess behind the protesters on Sunday afternoon.  The inside of the building will be requiring people who fix, clean and repair marble as well sadly.  The capital was left like a pig stye in the usual liberal mode!

WMUR New Hampsire: Bill Would Make Some Airport Screening Sexual Assault

Night before last, I was talking to a family member that lives in NH who said a woman endured a total cavity search at the hands of TSA agents at the Manchester Airport (NH) a few days ago, and the legislature up there is up in arms over the whole TSA mess due to a public uproar over the new procedures.  Manchester does not have body scanners, at this time, but the search done on the woman was without "probable cause" (in other words there was no reason what so ever to think she was carrying…

Greta Wire on Fox: Pres Obama scores a win in Florida ... or did he ?

Although Judge Vinson allowed a stay for 7 calander days for the feds to get everything in order for their appeal, as a condition of the stay, he required them to expedite to the Supreme Court.  So although they won, depending on your view of what the Supreme Court will do, they may not have won anything.  The story includes the wording of Judge Vinson's decision, and it really does box in the Justice Department.

The rest of the story on Greta Wire is here: …

Fox News Radio: REP. TRENT FRANKS CALLS FOR IMPEACHING OBAMA OVER DOMA STANCE

World Net Daily also had this article today, so I feel pretty sure this is the real deal.  Arizona's Trent Franks has indicated if the Justice Department and Obama do not reverse their stand on DOMA, Obama should be impeached and they are also talking about defunding the justice department.  I saw a video of speaker of the house Boehner yesterday where he said DOMA is the law and they take an oath to uphold and defend the law, so if Holder refused to allow the Justice Dept to do that, they…

RYAN NICHOLS - Hardened Criminal?? Seriously??

If you're not already aware. This is what's going on in DC while dangerous criminals are allowed back out on the streets.  It's horrifying that this is happening to our citizens and veterans for protesting the hijacking of our election process. This is still happening! They are STILL being tortured and treated like full on terrorists.

You may not be aware of the typical things they're forced to go through...…
