A Ray of Hope: Radical Judge Liu Defeated

In the gloomy aftermath of the Brown win in Jacksonville, there is a ray of hope and encouragement. The very radical Judge Goodwin Liu was defeated for a seat on the 9th Circuit. That bench needs another liberal like Florida needs more mosquitoes. Judge Liu believes in a "living Constitution" or one that can accommodate every one of Judge Liu's radical fantasies.
